Active VTOL Crash Prevention Limited (AVCP) has now demonstrated how its rapid-opening parachute system could be used to help protect passengers and crew in the emerging electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft.
This demonstration showed the parachute opening when dropping a 600kg load from 300 feet.
