ABBS has lodged a patent for its Chameleon Counter-UAS Launcher. This technology is designed to be mounted to an Interceptor drone and deploy a system of tethered weighted strands to capture an incoming drone and allow for later forensic analysis making it ideal for the Home office priority which is to capture a drone rather than destroy it, so that the offending drone can enter the evidence chain and facilitate prosecutions.
